Shipping
We make every effort to ship your order as quickly as possible. Please allow 1–2 business days for processing on standard, non-expedited orders, including orders placed with free shipping.
Expedited orders placed by 12:00 p.m. Mountain Time will generally ship the same business day, unless otherwise noted on our homepage. Examples of expedited services include UPS 2nd Day Air and USPS Priority Mail. Orders placed after the cutoff, on weekends, or on holidays will be processed the following business day.
We offer international shipping to many countries. Available shipping methods and rates will be displayed during checkout based on the destination. Please allow 2–3 business days for international orders to be processed.
Please note: Free-shipping promotions do not apply to international orders.
Returns
We accept returns of new, unused merchandise within 30 days of delivery. Before returning an item, please contact our customer service team at info@sherpapencovers.com to request a Return Authorization number.

Warranty and Repairs
All Sherpa Pen Covers include a one-year warranty against manufacturing defects. For warranty assistance or to request a repair for an issue not covered by the warranty, please contact us at info@sherpapencovers.com.
