Shipping/Returns/Repairs

Shipping:

We make every effort to get your package shipped out as soon as humanly possible.  That being said, please allow 1-2 business days on all non-expedited shipments (i.e. -  Free Shipping/First-Class).  

If you have selected an expedited shipping option (i.e. - UPS 2nd Day, USPS Priority, etc.) and the order is received by 12:00 MST (unless otherwise noted on our homepage) the order will ship out the same day (weekends & holidays excluded.)

We also offer International shipping options to many countries around the globe.  Upon checkout you will be given the various shipping options available for your country.  International shipments can take up to 3 business-days for processing.  

Returns:

We offer a 30-day return policy on all new, unused items. Please contact customer service at info@sherpapencovers.com for an RA #.

Warranty/Repairs:

All Sherpa Pen Covers come with a one-year warranty against manufacturer's defect.  For warranty assistance or to request a repair on a non-warrantied issue please contact us at info@sherpapencovers.com. 

We should be able to repair ~99% of the problems that can arise (unless you run it over with your car).
